Our Roots are Deep and Knowledge Even Deeper
Tahoe Mountain Realty was established in 2000 as the marketing and sales engine for East West, a resort marketing firm known for their premium communities throughout Vail and Beaver Creek. East West successfully built a new genre of real estate in the Tahoe-Truckee region when launching Old Greenwood, Gray’s Crossing and the Village at Northstar. Together these communities were known as Tahoe Mountain Resorts Communities and were connected by a series of all-season facilities that are collectively known as Tahoe Mountain Club.
Overtime, Tahoe Mountain Realty pivoted from being an exclusive agent of the developer to a general brokerage operation. Jeff Brown, former East West V.P. of Sales and Marketing, and partners worked to acquire the assets and intellectual property of Tahoe Mountain Realty to operate independently in the brokerage sphere. Leveraging premium resort locations, a rich database of pre-qualified Tahoe consumers, and utilizing the proprietary assets established in the creation of premiere resort communities, Tahoe Mountain Realty staked its position as the singular resource for real estate and lifestyle.
