The nation’s top junior and amateur road cyclists have come to Northstar for the USA Cycling’s US Amateur Road National Championships. This five day event kicked off this morning and riders set out on a 167 km course, starting and ending at Northstar Resort. The full event is made up of multiple races, such as an individual time trial, tandem time trial as well as criterium and road races. USA Cycling is the national governing body for cycling in the United States and represents more than 2,500 clubs and teams and 70,800 members.

Today we soaked in the sideline draft at a warm and sunny start as the Male Junior division began their loop to Sierraville and back.
