The easy and equal access to any of the major ski resorts – Northstar, Squaw, Alpine, Sugar Bowl – keeps an owner from feeling locked into one ski resort over another by the neighborhood they are choosing, which is a bonus for some. The fantastic golf course is public resort access but offers seasonal memberships so season to season golf commitment can vary. The golf course offers a great little local restaurant in PJ’s Bar & Grill, which I have been known to haunt as one of my local favorites.
