I had the pleasure of touring Gray’s Crossing homesite plots recently. Between the amenities offered, amazing location and breathtaking views – these are some of my favorites, and worth taking a look if you’re in the market for the perfect plot to start building your dream home.
Sierra Cove
There is no better value at Gray’s Crossing than the sunny, flat, picturesque Sierra Cove. Plots 1 & 24 boast quintessential mountain views of Mt. Rose, back right up to the bike path for easy access to the club house and PJ`s, and are located feet from the 17th green. It’s hard to compete with the privacy of a cul-de-sac. The listing price of $100,000.00 is more reasonable and in my opinion much more valuable than the narrow parcels on Henness Rd that offer little privacy, heavier traffic and a steeper price tag at a $225,000.00.
The Meadows
The discerning golfer will thoroughly appreciate the home site at M-12 in the Meadows at Gray’s. Situated just off the first green, out of golf ball range, the generous .75-acre lot is conveniently located close to highway 89 for quick access to the slopes in the winter and all the amenities that Gray’s crossing has to offer.
The Woods
W-10 is a sunny, upslope lot in the Woods at Gray’s with mountain views of the adjacent ridge from the front of the property and Mt. Rose behind. Compared to other parcels in the same area W-10 is noticeably quieter as it is shielded from the highway noise by the surrounding forest.
The Ridge
The Ridge neighborhood at Gray’s is a quiet, low traffic area. The setting for lot R43 is more forested than other properties with filtered light through the trees. This larger .60-acre has great access to amenities and to the bike path.
The Bluffs
Lot 26 in the Bluff’s at Gray’s is a hidden gem. The gentle upslope property provides great views of Northstar. This piece of land on LaBelle Court is ideal for families as it is a tucked away quiet cut-de-sac.
