If you have ever seen the American Century Championship Tournament that happens annually at Edgewood golf course in South Lake Tahoe, then you know that it is quite the party. In fact, it has been said to be, “The Greatest Sports Party On The Planet.” This event features over 80 celebrity figures and pro athletes, and the fact that a portion of the golf course meets the shoreline of Lake Tahoe allows for some great audience interaction.
Well, now the Tahoe Mountain Club has made it possible for some of its members to participate in these crazy fun festivities. TMC’s boat, Wild Goose II, will take two separate voyages down to South Lake transporting its passengers in style:
Tuesday July 16
Enjoy mimosas, bloody mary’s and pastries aboard the Wild Goose II on a 1-hour cruise to Lakeside Marina. A short walk will take you to the Gate of Edgewood for the Tournament practice rounds.
Saturday, July 20
The Wild Goose II will cruise again down to South Lake, but this time anchoring at the 17th hole to watch round 2 of the 24th Annual American Century Championship Tournament.
