If you’re anything like me, you’ve managed to procrastinate this long while your significant other has wrapped and sent off most gifts to their destination already. If this previous sentence is a reminder that you need to get that gift that you were thinking of getting, please do so after reading this email and you’re welcome!

Yes, the holidays are upon us and before you find yourself immersed in the hectic logistics of this time of year, I wanted to take a moment of your time to help you realize what is truly important.

With a 10 week old baby girl and now a 2.5 year old boy, I can’t begin to tell you how many conversations we have had in passing with people that somewhere inserted the comment, “enjoy these moments because they go so fast.” And as many times as I have heard that comment, I’ve also found myself in the past carelessly brushing it off and continuing on with my day.

But just last week, it really drove home with me when I got my son back out on the slopes to go snowboarding at Northstar. Being with him out there was the definition of pure happiness and I can’t wait do be able to do it again with him this weekend.

Quality Time Remaining: We say it often here in the office, but staying present, maximizing each moment with the ones you love and having the best possible venue to create memories for your specific lifestyle is paramount.

So remember at some point in the coming weeks, to sit back for a moment, breath deep and remember how awesome it is right now.
