The sales momentum for ski-in, ski-out real estate in Tahoe is exploding! The already limited inventory is selling at record pace. Yesterday, Townhomes #8 and #9 at Home Run went into contract, and within 12 hours of each other. This illustrates the confidence that we have felt all along in the Mountainside Community…that there is a demand for true ski-in, ski-out living. Only three completed properties remain at Home Run – Townhome #4 (last four-bedroom residence), #7 and #10 (each three-bedroom residences).
I would like to congratulate Dylan Griffin and Tracy Voelker, both Tahoe Mountain Resorts agents, who assisted their clients in finding their perfect mountain ski home. Based on heavy interest and this recent activity, I predict more Mountainside sales to follow.
