Our Grand Opening Celebration for the recently completed Mountainside clubhouse was a huge success! Tree House was the shining star of Mountainside on July 5th as nearly 200 homeowners and guests passed through the large glass entry door to experience for the first time what this amazing amenity has to offer. After exploring the main level with its large lounge area, gaming room, and full bar, guests meandered downstairs to see the fully stocked fitness facility and well-appointed bath/changing rooms. Many of our guests made quick work of the wonderful food created by Morgan’s seafood in downtown Truckee including succulent lobster rolls and sweet Dungeness crab cakes. Food and drink was enjoyed by all, but it did not stop there.
To take full advantage and truly experience what Tree House has to offer, many guests chose to stay and enjoy the pool, spa, sport court, or one of many lawn games. The kids enjoyed face painting and balloon animals by Princess Elsa from Frozen and fully utilized the unique ‘tree pod’ which became a fortress, pirate ship, and tree top getaway!
Tree House will be staffed daily and the bar will offer complimentary water, juices, fruit, and snacks. The facility will be available to owners, guests, and Mountainside rental guests from 7:00AM until 7:00PM daily.
I am also very happy to announce our Discovery Speaker Series offering entertainment and education on an array of subjects including personal training, fishing, and golf. The series will run throughout the summer every Saturday from 4:00PM – 6:00PM in the lounge at Tree House. Come join like-minded Tahoe adventurers in learning more about Tahoe’s plentiful activities!
