In contemplating my vision for a unique type of brokerage, the first concept that comes to mind is that of quality people. I’ve been exceptionally fortunate to have found a formula that attracts remarkable individuals from a number of different industries and introduced them to real estate.

Over time, we’ve found talent from industries including ski resort management, golf professionals, technology, development, and hospitality all of whom share a passion for the mountain lifestyle These industries naturally breed strong work ethic and each individual has an outstanding drive to provide exceptional service with the highest level of integrity.

As we launch into a new era of Tahoe Mountain Realty; J Brown Partners, I am pleased to introduce an exceptional group of professionals to our team. Each has worked closely with Tahoe Mountain Realty whether through Vail Resorts at Northstar or Tahoe Mountain Club at Old Greenwood, Gray’s Crossing and Northstar.

Matty McInnis has spent the last 10 years of his professional career as a Guest Service, Mountain Safety and Bike Park Manager for Northstar, CA. and Vail Resorts. In these roles, he received many accolades for innovation, leadership and was appointed Operations Lead for all Vail Resorts Mountain Safety teams in 2012. Matty led his teams to successfully deliver luxurious, family-friendly experiences to the millions of guests visiting the Resort every year.

Bob Hickam joins Tahoe Mountain Realty after a long and prestigious career in the golf and club industry. Bob brings an accomplished resume including tours with Titleist, Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay as well and has played key roles in launching the Tehama Golf Club with Clint Eastwood and Old Greenwood with Jack Nicklaus. Bob has served as General Manager for the Tahoe Mountain Club since 2011.

Andre Gust similarly joins TMR from the golf industry. A natural teacher, Andre has worked in the role as Director of Instruction at Boulder Ridge and has been the Lead Instructor at Old Greenwood’s Golf Academy. Most recently, Andre was the Head Coach for the Sierra Nevada College Golf Team.

I could not be more pleased and honored to have Andre, Bob and Matty on this team. Each will make a notable contribution beyond representing buyers and sellers.
