This Presidents’ Day Weekend, Northstar Resort will host fun events for guests and families including the Cupid’s Course Valentines’ Race, a Valentine’s Day Scavenger Hunt throughout the Village and on the mountain, live music on the Village Stage, Star Gazing Snowshoe Tours and the Riparoo Parade, and Ski, Tōst and Be Married – a free wedding ceremony for anyone who wishes to profess their love, renew their vows or actually be married!

Mountainside, the place to be if you are a lucky four legged friend this Saturday, February 13th from 5:30 – 11:00 pm is the 8th Annual Black Tie and Tails Gala.

Hosted by the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. this event is wildly popular, unique, and hosted to benefit a good cause. The event usually sells out, so if you miss it this year put it on your calendar for 2017.

Starting at 5:30 pm, guests and their canine companions are greeted to a red carpet arrival, champagne and hors d’oeuvres, and of course, passed apps for the pups. Music, dancing, entertainment Ritz-Carlton style, and an evening with your best friend, what more could you want?
