Born and raised in Wisconsin, Riley was on skis by the age of two — but when she switched to a snowboard at nine, something clicked that changed the course of her life. That early connection to the snow eventually pulled her west, chasing a lifestyle rooted in adventure, creativity, and a meaningful connection to people and place. Today, Riley brings a holistic approach to real estate in the Sierra, blending design expertise, deep market knowledge, and a lifestyle-driven lens to help clients find homes that reflect how they want to live.Before moving to the Truckee-Tahoe area, Riley founded Honey I’m Home Homes & Home Goods. A hybrid retail store and real estate brand built on the belief that home is both a feeling and a function. She sold thoughtfully curated home goods, ran a full-service real estate team, and hosted in-store classes to educate and empower her community, specializing in Portland and the Oregon Coast, she became an expert on first time home buying, investment properties, and vacation homes. It was a space where design, real estate, and storytelling all lived under one roof.When she's not working with clients, Riley is outside; splitboarding or snowboarding through fresh powder, hiking deep into the backcountry with her dog, casting for trout, or camping under the stars. She’s built a life deeply rooted in nature and is passionate about helping others do the same. Giving back is central to Riley’s mission; especially through education and mentorship. From Living Local, her blog and webisode series spotlighting local businesses, to empowering women in snowboarding through coaching and community with Beyond the Boundaries, and protecting the wild spaces that make Tahoe-Truckee feel like home.She believes in equipping people with the knowledge and confidence to navigate real estate with intention.
