Ming Poon

I have to share my experience working with Ming. I was looking for a condo to purchase as an investment, near downtown Reno and the Riverwalk area. Ming has clients in Reno and Tahoe, and some of the properties in the Tahoe area are million to multimillion dollar properties. I am not part of that group. Typically in the past, when I have dealt with realtors that are more focused on the high dollar properties, they seem to be a lot less interested in working with those of us who are not in the higher tax bracket...but I am overwhelmingly happy to report that this was 100% not the case working with Ming! He treated me and my search like it was the most important deal he was working on. I never felt like he wished he was somewhere else or felt like I was not worthy of his time. Exactly the opposite. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area I was focused on, and so patient when I decided to downsize to an even smaller unit (from 2 bd to 1 bd). He was well prepared ahead of the time we met to look at the properties in person. He had sent me properties within my parameters to review online ahead of time, and when I provided him with my “wish-list”, he mapped out every property, so when we met he had the entire day already planned and timed out. I was IMPRESSED! After we closed the deal, which by the way…he worked tirelessly on for several weeks back and forth with the seller even after hours and on weekends, he even helped me with researching a local property manager to help me manage this unit. I am EXTREMELY happy with all the time, experience, kindness, and patience that Ming brought to the table, and I would, without a doubt, work with him again. I cannot recommend Ming more highly.
