Later, Katie worked on a joint venture condominium project with IMI and East West Partners in Summit County, CO. Katie then relocated to Tahoe with IMI as part of the first team on the ground for the Martis Camp project, creating the foundation of Martis Camp through branding, marketing, and sales to early owners through the Founders Program.Katie has been a part of the Tahoe Mountain Realty team since 2005. Notably, she has been a top producing agent in the TMR office for the past decade and a half and has consistently been ranked among the top agents in the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors.
