Flannery Knapp

Flannery grew up in the suburbs of Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD, spending her collegiate and post-grad years playing lacrosse and working in software development. In 2020, she and her now-husband, Kyle, a Navy SEAL based in Virginia Beach, left the East Coast for California. They found their way to Truckee and committed to settling down and building their family & career in the mountains.She began her career in real estate as a Transaction Coordinator on Donner Summit. Here, she cultivated an appreciation for all of the fine details that go into a successful real estate transaction. After receiving her California real estate license, she began serving clients in her home of Truckee. Flannery also worked as a property manager on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, managing over 170 homes and learning the ins and outs of investment property in the Tahoe region.Flannery and her husband live in Truckee with their son, Shepherd. They enjoy tackling DIY projects at their home in Glenshire, hiking the Truckee trails, and skiing at Palisades, When the fields are free of snow, she continues to coach lacrosse for the Truckee North Tahoe high school team.
