In addition to Taylor’s dedication to high levels of service, his career as a professional snowboarder and outdoor adventurer set him apart as a top Tahoe-Truckee ambassador.
Taylor was born for the mountains in a small town outside of Atlanta, Georgia. After his family moved to snowy Northern Michigan, he traded in his baseball glove for a snowboard and never looked back. In 2005, Taylor packed up his 2 wheel drive station wagon and headed west with high hopes of pursuing a career in professional snowboarding.
After a few years of persistent practice and a trip or two to the ER, Taylor finally achieved his dream of snowboarding for a living. The culmination of his efforts were cemented when he was asked to be a top ambassador for Jones Snowboards, a title he still holds to this day. Of all the places that snowboarding has taken him, he firmly states that Tahoe is second to none.
Taylor believes that he has found a perfect place to balance work and play. He exemplified this by pursuing a professional snowboarding career while acquiring a BA in Political Science and working at Grays Crossing in the summertime. His contagious passion for adventure and extensive knowledge of the area makes him an excellent fit for real estate. His disarming demeanor and gentle communication style provide a great experience for anyone around him.
When Taylor is not working he can be found looking for his golf ball on adjacent fairways, playing guitar with his friends, or exploring the endless terrain that the Sierra has to offer.
