I made a quick trip to the South Lake Tahoe this week to explore Heavenly Resort, and coincidentally shared the gondola with Shayla Hope, a representative for Tahoe Beach Club, the first new development on the East Shore in more than a generation. Shayla and I spent the better half of the morning exploring the mountain, and between runs we discussed the details of the unique, exciting project.
The resort community located in Stateline Nevada, will feature 143, luxury, condo residences. Tahoe Beach Club has already sold 41 of 46, Phase-one preconstruction residences for $102 million. The scarcity of new construction on the Nevada Shoreline over the last 30 years has created a strong demand for premium product, reflective of the sales velocity.
Tahoe Beach Club will be an amenity rich, centrally located neighborhood, minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and the premier golf course, Edgewood Tahoe. Owners will enjoy access to a private sand beach with panoramic mountain views, boat valet services, a floating dock, fire pits and cabanas. The 32,000 square foot Beach Club designed by John Sather, known for the Family Barn at Martis Camp, will feature first class dining, a large lap pool, a yoga/fitness center, indoor sport court, and spa.
Phase-two reservations for 2-4 bedroom residences between 1,100-3,400 sq. ft. are currently under way. The condos will range in price from $1.3-$5 million respectively. Tahoe Beach Club’s Phase-one offering is projected to be move-in ready this fall.
