Steve grew up in Tarzana, California, and at the age of nine his family took a vacation to Tahoe, and it was then that he fell in love with the area. However, he spent the beginning of his adult life living in Thousand Oaks, California with the love of his life and junior high school sweetheart. Throughout their time in Southern California, he was an accomplished athlete. Steve held numerous titles in track and field and trained some Hollywood celebrity personalities. Despite his success in Souther California, Steve was always set on living in North Lake Tahoe. In 1985, he moved his young family to Incline Village and they have been delighted to call Tahoe home ever since. The privilege to work with clients is the reason why he loves his career so much. He cares about his clients’ specific needs and is adept at communicating in a sensitive and caring manner while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Steve has a diverse background in sales and marketing, which enables him to bring a creative perspective to real estate transactions. His primary goal is to educate, facilitate, and expertly negotiate real estate transactions, creating smooth and stress-free real estate transactions for all of his clients. Living most of his adult life in North Lake Tahoe has allowed him to gain a thorough understanding of the economic and cultural factors that drive this area, and has also given him local insight and knowledge of the Tahoe-Truckee community.
