Spring is in full swing in the mountains! The snow is melting, our lakes are full, and golf courses are open. The weather is consistently in the 70’s and 80’s and we are soaking up the sun after a successful winter. People are making their way up and enjoying the perfect weather and excited to celebrate Memorial Day with their first taste of summer. With a getaway that’s such a short drive away from the Bay Area and surrounding areas, there are more than enough reasons to pack the car and adventure around the Truckee area.

Our current inventory displays some of the best that Truckee/Tahoe has to offer, and they’re going fast! This weekend’s Luxury Tour is sure to draw a crowd and will be the perfect opportunity for you to view our core communities. Starting at the lake, making its way through Old Greenwood, Gray’s Crossing, Lahontan, and following up with Northstar. You will be sure to get a feel for where you fit in best. You can choose to follow the tour or choose specific communities. Either way, it’s going to be a beautiful day and we can’t wait to see you!
