A day at Home Run is unlike any other experience!
As a Realtor, I frequently spend time at Home Run holding an open house in the model residence. Late in the day yesterday (Friday) afternoon, the sun fell behind the mountains, and as it settled, there was a tranquil glow in the sky piercing through the beautiful pines. I had a front row seat looking out through the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows to this spectacular view. I could not help but to imagine the connection to nature and convenience a ski family will enjoy on-mountain here at Home Run. You see, at these residences, the great outdoors is your backyard. There is no elevator, no long hallways, and no buss lines to access the ski slopes. “Just grab and go” is the motto at Home Run for skiing, snowshoeing, biking, hiking, etc. Many condos in the area have patios or balconies, which are nice to get outside and take in the views…but how practical are they for entertaining more than a couple of guests, much less for roasting the perfect amber colored marshmallow in the fire pit. I invite you to come see and, more importantly, experience what the Mountainside life at Home Run is truly like.
