Construction on Tree House, Northstar Mountainside Residences’ community clubhouse, broke ground several weeks ago with site prep and foundation work. There has been a lot of progress already, however, today marks the beginning of many exciting milestones to come as vertical construction took shape as steel beams were installed. It won’t be long until this amazing private TREE HOUSE is completed and additional value is added to the ski residences at Mountainside. I believe that owners in this special community can in fact “have their cake and eat it too”…they have unparalleled ski access to Northstar Mountain and they will now have their own amenities consistent with the finest resort communities.
