Ridge Cowee

Ridge, born in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, grew up with mountain air in his lungs and a passion for outdoor adventure.

Although as a child his family relocated to the small resort town of St. Michaels on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Ridge always knew he would one day make the mountains home again. Making the transition from ski racing to sailboat racing was not difficult for Ridge, racing the Chesapeake and competing off-shore while eventually graduating from Villanova University in Philadelphia. Post-graduation, the mountains, and to-be wife called him back west and with land use planning and real estate sales running in his family, he began his real estate career in Breckenridge, CO, soon running his own real estate firm. After 13 years in the high country of Colorado selling resort homes and 3 more in Maryland selling waterfront real estate near our nation’s capital, Ridge received an offer to join the sales team in Mountainside at Northstar, representing their new on-mountain residential developments. The mountains called him back again! Today Ridge has returned to his roots in the land of clean air and active living and combined what he loves most… boats, snow, and helping others discover the magic of mountain living. Ridge has lived in many resort markets and has gained extensive knowledge in real estate sales, marketing, and development. He currently holds real estate licenses in California, Colorado, and Maryland. When he isn’t in the office, you’ll usually find Ridge seeking new adventure with his wife Camy, their two sons, Tucker & Hawken, and golden retriever, Tundra.
