Although ski season is over and everyone seems to be focused on summer activities, the ski properties are still seeing significant activity. Martis 25 just had its first closing…Lot #12 closed for $995,000. The owners will break ground next month on a 6,500 sq ft home. The buyers for Lot #5 will close next month, and they will begin construction on an 8,000+ sq ft home. Home Run Townhomes just had two of the residences close escrow in the last few weeks; and another is scheduled to close next month. Construction will begin on Phase II of Home Run and the Tree House facility will start construction this summer. The media coverage is still active as well. This week there was a nice write-up on the Mountainside Residences in the San Jose Mercury News. The article talks about the new category of real estate that’s available at, and only at, Northstar in the Mountainside Residences.
