In my opinion, there is one issue with Lahontan at the moment; the lot prices are undervalued. With over 200 of the 509 lots still without owners, it is the inventory that is keeping the price down, which is great news for buyers. There are currently 27 active homesites within Lahontan priced between $109,000 and $825,000. My favorite homesite on the market currently is Homesite 25. Sitting just below the #5 green, and on the 6th tee box, this flat 0.54 acre homesite offers great privacy with its location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Framing the 6th fairway with the ski runs of Northstar from your living room or back deck will leave no skepticism of where you live, you are in Tahoe.
