In winter, the property turns into a private playground – ski back to the cabin, sled down the hill or jump from the balcony into deep powder. In the summer, adventure begins just outside your door, with hiking trails that lead all the way to Tahoe City and Paige Meadows.

After a day on the slopes or trails, relax and recharge in your private sauna or cozy up by the wood fireplace and watch a movie on the home theatre system with pull down screen, Dolby surround sound and LCD projector. A large under-house storage area provides ample room for all your outdoor gear and features a 12-boot heater. Optional membership to a private, gated local park next to the fire station.
