I write to you this week in the hopes that everyone has settled comfortably into their Holiday routines and are enjoying the memory making process currently happening all around us.

Strolling through the Northstar Village this week, seeing thousands of friends and families having the times of their lives, eating s’mores, drinking cocktails, ice skating, shopping and skiing. I cant help but get a little sentimental seeing the re-enforcement of why I chose to make this little vacation destination my primary residence 13 years ago.

I entered this business with the hopes of being able to show all of you how amazing life can be in this very special place in the world. It brings me joy to be able help clients realize their dreams of owning here as I am passionate about encouraging the healthy lifestyle that living in Lake Tahoe yields. I try to remind myself everyday of how lucky i am to have had the opportunity to purchase my home here in Tahoe, while I can’t picture raising my children any other place in the world.

I come from the philosophy that you should first figure out where you want to live, and the rest of the puzzle will soon fall into place while you surround yourself in your ideal environment. So if you are a true mountain loving family, in search of the finer things in life, then you should seriously consider finally going for that dream of owning property here as political climates, market conditions will always be changing and/or standing in your way – but your time with friends and family will always be limited and finding that perfect venue to house those memories is where I hope to be of assistance for you.
