From an early age I have always had an interest in homes. My aunt is a realtor, and I have many memories of helping her with putting together mailers and erecting ‘For Sale’ signs. I enjoyed looking at the different floor plans of each house, the materials used in construction, and the interior layout and design at each listing. For a long time while I was growing up, my career goal was to be an architect, and another path I chose in college was hospitality. I have always toyed with the idea of becoming a real estate agent, but it was my husband who actually drove home the idea. I grew up in Truckee, and I have lived in many of the residential areas. I have extensive experience within the resort communities of North Lake Tahoe, and this coupled with my background in sales and my strong knowledge of the region enables me to help my clients find the right fit. Every community is different, just as every client is.
Choosing a career in real estate has been a fantastic career move for me. I have two young children that I want to be able to spend time with, being with my family and having time to get outside and enjoy where I live have always been important to me. Being a TMR agent has given me the opportunity to have a balance in my personal and professional life.
