We are currently in the process of building a deck with a comfortable sitting area just right of homesite #17 in Martis 25. This will serve as an “outdoor gallery” for clients to be able to sit and talk about the unique attributes of this community while experiencing it for themselves. This morning, I went up to Martis 25 to check on the progress, and so far it looks like they have cleared an area for the building to begin. This will be an optimal spot to enjoy a glass of wine, reflect, and really get a feel for Martis 25 and what it would be like to live there with the Martis Valley and surrounding mountains as your view. Martis 25 is really a special place that only 25 families will be able to call home. The estimated completion date for the deck is the end of June, so it will be ready for you and your family to come up and experience over the 4th of July holiday period. See you soon!
