Martis 25, Homesite #5 Closed

Our second homesite in Martis 25 just closed today. This is very exciting as it just established a new record high for a homesite sale in the history Northstar – $1,695,000. The owners will break ground next week on their 8,000 square foot ski-in/ski-out home in Mountainside Residences on Northstar. The Groundbreaking event will take place at 12:15pm on June 27th, which will mark a historical day for the first home of 25 to start construction in this special community.
