Katie Tyler has been in the resort/luxury real estate industry for over 20 years, stemming largely from her love of the outdoors and wanting to help others experience and enjoy it.
Her first commercial and residential real estate development project was in Steamboat Springs, CO. Later, Katie worked on a joint venture condominium project with IMI and East West Partners in Summit County, CO. Katie then relocated to Tahoe with IMI as part of the first team on the ground for the Martis Camp project, creating the foundation of Martis Camp through branding, marketing, and sales to early owners through the Founders Program.
Katie has been a part of the Tahoe Mountain Realty team since 2005. Notably, she has been a top producing agent in the TMR office for the past decade and a half and has consistently been ranked among the top agents in the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors. Katie has been selected to be the listing agent for 4 developer projects: The Villas at Old Greenwood, Village Walk Townhomes at Northstar, Hyatt Northstar Residences, and Mountainside at Northstar. She is well regarded as an expert in North Tahoe luxury real estate and has helped countless buyers and sellers successfully achieve their objectives. Katie’s knowledge, integrity, and standard of practice is unsurpassed in the industry.
Katie is passionate about the North Lake Tahoe area, safeguarding its immense beauty while helping the community thrive. She contributes to organizations like The Boys and Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe, The Tahoe Rim Trail Association, The Truckee Donner Land Trust, and Sierra Community House.
