In 2021 we met Joni Brooks while looking for second home property in the Tuhaye Development, Talisker. Joni spent several days with us over several trips to Utah looking at various sites, which ultimately led to a list of 25 potential sites in order of priority.

During this process, Joni was not only easily accessible, her knowledge of the overall development, the views of each site, and the challenges of each site was extensive. We felt very confident that the sites we selected would give us the location we were seeking. While Joni represented the lot sales, she shared with us that 2 spec homes had just become available. Joni attended every meeting we had with the seller/contractor, and we ultimately went into escrow on one of the homes instead of the lot purchase, with Joni’s representation.

During the construction of the home, we encountered several significant issues, including a disagreement of what options were to be included in the price, an example was the outdoor spa. Joni quickly contacted the seller and seller agents and resolved the disagreement. Her attendance at the meetings and her follow-up was crucial to us throughout the construction to resolve issues.

Joni’s knowledge of the development whether it be land or properties is in-depth. She does the research about the development and she personally inspects the property(ies) so her knowledge is thorough. We have been on many site inspections and house visits with agents who basically just open the door for us and know nothing about the property or site. We really appreciate Joni’s dedication to her job, having the knowledge of the product and assisting us through all issues.
