Jenn is a Lake Tahoe native, twin, mother, wife, advocate, athlete, entrepreneur and environmentalist. Jenn’s decades-long career in the curation of elegant and inspired homes is a journey that begins and ends in Lake Tahoe with inspiration drawn from a life of travel and exploration.
After growing up in Incline Village, Jenn attended Middlebury College in Vermont where she studied English Literature as well as Spanish language arts. Her venture abroad to Spain instilled an eternal fascination with Hispanic and Latin American culture. After college she embarked on a two-year volunteer project in Central America, working at a rural elementary school dedicated to environmental education. Since then, Jenn has spent her career working to empower women in developing nations through the support of their artisanry. She founded Sefte Living, LLC, IN 2008 a lifestyle brand dedicated to supporting artisans in the high Andes of Peru with the cultivation of curated and elegant apparel and home décor. After nearly two decades in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jenn and her family returned to the Tahoe Truckee Area where she enjoys running, skiing and mountain biking. Jenn is the Vice President of the Truckee Donner Land Trust, a competitive trail runner, avid XC and backcountry skier and dedicated mother to two daughters.
