Now that Thanksgiving is over, Northstar is kicking off the holiday festivities on Thursday, November 5, with the return of Noel Nights. The first three Thursdays of December, from 5:00-8:00pm, will spotlight the holiday season by offering festive events, concerts, and activities. Face painting, sleigh rides, carolers, craft making, and visits with Santa are a few of the highlights on the roster for these special evenings. Another upcoming holiday kickoff is the 4th Annual Tree Lighting Celebration at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. This event will be held this coming Saturday, December 7, from 4:30-6:00pm. The cermony is complimentary and to add to the spirit there will also be s’mores making, cookie decorating, and ornament making available to any interested participants. Additionally, the Ritz-Carlton is pleased to be presenting members of the Boys & Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe as well as the Tahoe Expedition Academy for holiday performances.
