Given the sales success in Mountainside, (over $100M sold), East West Partners announced that they will break ground on the second phase of residences at Home Run, as well as the new Tree House Clubhouse, both located in the Mountainside community on Northstar. Home Run is almost sold out with just one residence remaining. Therefore, East West Partners, developer of Home Run and Martis 25, just announced that they will begin construction on the Second Phase of residences this week. The Tree House will be another tremendous benefit to living on the mountain in this new ski-in/ski-out community. Mountainside will soon be the center of activity with the commencement of construction on these two projects and three homes underway in Martis 25.
