Greg Righellis

Greg has been visiting Lake Tahoe since he was a child, where he explored its mountains and splashed along its shores. However, his working in real estate here is not serendipitous—he made it a deliberate goal to be an expert in the dynamic Tahoe market.

Greg takes the time to understand his client’s particular real estate goals and collaborates with them to develop a strategic plan that achieves them.

He translates his own adventures around the area with his two young daughters and wife into tangible reasons why his clients should consider becoming part of the community. Few agents know how to balance lifestyle and real estate as well as Greg, and he infuses every relationship with a passion for it. Along the way, he has served as a Recreation Commissioner of North Lake Tahoe, started a music school with his wife, often volunteers to pick up trash, and now passionately serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club.  He has forged valuable relationships which always seem to find their way into ensuring he can get deals done on behalf of his clients.
