It has been a busy summer here at Mountainside!
Below are a few of our recent accomplishments, along with a brief overview of what the future holds.
Summer Accomplishments:
– Completion and grand opening of Tree House, a spectacular private clubhouse for Mountainside homeowners and guests
– Construction was completed on our Home Run Residences with 6 sales since the beginning of April. There are now only three residences remaining and ski season is right around the corner
– Mountainside has had over $20,000,000 in overall real estate sales this summer
Future Happenings:
-We have recently broken ground on 2 new projects consisting of 11 three bedroom townhomes and 6 single family residences – the Stellar Collection. The details on design and pricing have yet to be divulged. Set to hit the open market before Christmas, the Stellar Collection is sure to draw some attention. This collection will offer a combination of unprecedented ski-in/ski-out access and expansive mountain and valley views from some of the most architecturally stunning homes anywhere in the Truckee-Tahoe area.
Our main goals with this project are:
– That the homes should be “revealing” – Unfold in time and space rather than giving away their secrets at once.
– That they should feel “of the place” – A modern design at home with its surroundings
– That they should offer “natural ease” – A comfortable, low maintenance getaway that helps owners focus on enjoying family and the surrounding environment
Mountainside is changing every day with construction crews working 6 days per week on our newest projects. The access roads have been paved, retaining walls installed and foundations are being laid out. We have a total of 17 new on-mountain residences under construction and only 3 Home Run Townhomes available for immediate occupancy.
Mountainside at Northstar has met with incredible success and continues to offer the most unique four season mountain homes available anywhere in the Tahoe region. The flakes will be flying soon so don’t wait to see what is happening at Northstar.
