First Homes in Martis 25

As the snow begins to melt the local builders and architects are getting geared up to break ground on two new homes in Martis 25. The owners of Homesite #5 in Martis 25 spent several hours on site with their architect this week staking out their lot with markers (stakes visible in photo). I walked the lot today and could see where they plan to build the warming hut to take advantage of the ski-in and ski-out access. The home will be about 6,500 square feet and has direct ski access via the personal ski way with incredible views of Martis Valley, Carson Range, and Northstar. Already, there will be two ski-in / ski-out homes starting construction in Martis 25 this spring/summer. Both of these homes will be designed to allow the families to enjoy the views, direct ski access, and exclusivity of this rare community located within the Mountainside Residences located mid-mountain at Northstar.
