I’m excited to announce the first lot sale closing in Martis 25. The buyers of homesite #12 just closed escrow this weekend and are looking forward to building this summer. We will have two more closings in Martis 25 next month. The owners of Lot #5 will also break ground on their 8,000+ square foot home next month.
