Both M-12 and Stellar #3 are premier ski-in/ski-out homes at Northstar Mountainside. Located just under the Ritz Carlton off of the Timberline Chair and Home Run ski run. Mountain luxury and truly the best ski access in Tahoe combined in both of these.
How it works:
-Ski into either property, take off your ski or snowboard boots to tour the house, and be entered 3 times into the drawing
-Ski into either property, just say hello skiing right up to the deck, and be entered 2 times into the drawing.
-Drive into either property and take a tour and be entered 1 time into the drawing.
-Every member of the family can enter.
M-12 is in the only gated area of Mountainside inside the M-25 subdivision (M stands for Martis Valley as that is the view and 25 stands for how many lots there are) and offers incredible ski access to the Timberline Chair and of course all of Northstar. Stellar #3 offers arguably the best view from Northstar and is right on the Home Run ski run. It is also 50 yards from The Treehouse and all the amenities that accompany.
