Yesterday Tahoe Mountain Resorts Real Estate and East West Partners hosted their annual company ski day and lunch at Schaffer’s Camp, Tahoe Mountain Club’s private restaurant at the top of Norhstar Ski Resort. Some of us skied into Schaffer’s Camp, while others came straight from the office via a beautiful gondola ride. Joe Frydl, the Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Tahoe Mountain Club, and his staff served up a wonderful array of tasty appetizers and custom-ordered entrees – fried calamari, fish tacos, french dip sandwiches, etc. Nobody left hungry. We enjoyed a great meal with superb service all while taking in the spectacular views of the Sierras from the top of the Northstar Ski Resort.
