Looking for a unique dining experience this summer? The Ritz-Carlton is offering in intimate dinner experience for up to 8 people at their chef’s table in Manzanita. Having had the opportunity to experience this first-hand with a group of friends, it’s a fun and informative evening that was greatly enjoyed by all. We were seated at a private table adjacent to the restaurant’s exposition kitchen with personal interaction from the hotel’s chef de cuisine…yes, you can ask him any questions about the menu or specifics about how a dish was prepared.
