Colleen was amazing! She prepared fair comps and provided market context on market trends to drive a reasonable market offer. She partnered well with the sellers agent to drive deal alignment, especially around closing fees and fixes from the inspection report. We found Colleen to be an excellent communicator, always keeping the deal moving forward and setting clear next step and timeline expectations.

Colleen is the best agent I’ve worked with and I have bought and sold over 30 properties in the last 24 years or so. She was extremely thorough, she researched properties, titles, did sales comparisons and showed us numerous properties. I value her knowledge.

We strongly recommend Colleen Loiseau as a highly qualified Lake Tahoe area realtor! Colleen was very patient with us, as we looked at homes and helped us find the perfect one. She also helped us navigate a squirrel issue and negotiate with a difficult builder. We will definitely work with Colleen again in the future, and recommend her to all of our friends.

Colleen went above and beyond to make the sale of our home effortless. We had a solid offer within a few days of listing. Colleen was super responsive throughout the escrow. She is a pleasure to work with!

Summiting Mt. Whitney

October 20, 2019
This October I had the privilege to hike Mount Whitney, the tallest mountain in the contiguous United States, 14,505 ft. The opportunity presented itself when a friend and colleague, Shayla Hope, obtained a permit and extended the invitation. I instantly committed as I love exploring the mountains and am generally always up for an adventure.
