Celebrity chef Susur Lee has created a “Game Dinner” menu which he will be preparing and presenting at Manzanita in The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe on January 9, 2014. We are delighted to have this internationally renowned chef provide guests with a unique opportunity to partake in the dishes and pairings that the Tahoe area inspired him to create.
Chef Lee, based out of Toronto, Canada, has received notable credibility and admiration from: The New York Times, Art Culinaire, Gourmet, and Food & Wine magazine. He is regarded for his eclectic approach to blending various culinary styles. Lee competed in Iron Chef America and finished second in the 2010 season of Top Chef: Masters.
Dinner reservations for Chef Lee’s Tahoe debut on Thursday, January 9 are available between 5:30 and 9:00pm. The cost for this four-course meal will be $110 per person, or, $150 per person with wine pairings. Reservations at Manzanita may be secured by calling: 530-562-3053.
