What kind of property can you get for your money in the the Truckee/N Lake Tahoe area? If features such as big views or ski access are a priority, a buyer will have to increase the budget as premium properties command much higher prices. The allure of Martis Camp is the overall lifestyle offering combined with the unbelievable amenities. Listed at $4.5M, 2538 N. Summit is located in The Summit at Big Springs neighborhood, and has all the desirable elements of a luxury mountain retreat. With a spacious layout, direct access to the slopes, trails,  panoramic views, extensive outdoor living and distinctive custom finishes, this home has it all. Only a handful of properties in all of North Lake Tahoe can boast ski in/ski out access. This replacement cost of this home would be much higher than the list price, and the setting could not be replicated.

Concours d’Elegance: August 11 & 12
The first Concours d’Elegance was held in 1972, just after companies stopped making wooden speedboats and made the switch to fiberglass. This year we look forward to the 45th Annual Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance. The event is staged at the historic Obexer’s Boat Company in Homewood on Lake Tahoe’s beautiful West Shore.
