For two decades, Tahoe Mountain Realty has been at the forefront of shaping the Tahoe-Truckee real estate landscape, fostering communities that embrace the natural beauty and adventurous spirit of the Sierra.

What began as the in-house sales team for East West Partners’ Tahoe developments has since evolved into an independent brokerage, dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and expertise to those seeking a home in the mountains.

Our foundation was built on a deep understanding of mountain living

From the early days of introducing buyers to the newly envisioned Village at Northstar™ to expanding our reach across Truckee and Lake Tahoe. Through its development vision, East West Partners helped create some of the region’s most sought-after communities, including Old Greenwood, a premier golf community, and Gray’s Crossing, which offers a blend of mountain modern living and access to world-class recreation.

As part of this vision, Tahoe Mountain Club was established

offering residents exclusive access to a collection of private amenities, including Schaffer’s Camp at Northstar, the Old Greenwood Pavilion, and Gray’s Crossing’s private club facilities. These offerings elevated the lifestyle experience, ensuring that homeowners had unparalleled opportunities to immerse themselves in the region’s year-round outdoor recreation and social connections.

More than just selling homes, we have spent 20 years cultivating connections—watching families create lasting memories, helping buyers find their perfect retreat, and supporting sellers in passing along their legacy. Our role has always extended beyond real estate; we are ambassadors of the Tahoe lifestyle, sharing the year-round experiences that make this region extraordinary.

As we celebrate this milestone, we reflect on the relationships, achievements, and growth that have defined our journey. Looking ahead, Tahoe Mountain Realty remains committed to innovation, excellence, and the continued stewardship of this special place we call home.
