It is exciting to see a variety of listings available in the Village. This seems to put the buyer in a great position considering there are multiple units available ranging from 1-3 BR. Varying options in price at all sizes gives the buyer a vast variety to choose from.
While 2-4 bedroom options are of greater appeal to the family purchaser, 1 bedrooms will often draw investor-buyers for their high demand as rental properties. Given that this is a narrower slice of the market, the pace of 1-bedroom sales seem to be lagging behind premium-sized properties.
