One of the most highly anticipated food experiences in North Lake Tahoe takes place in the Village of Northstar Resorts. For 32 years food, wine, and gorgeous Tahoe landscape have come together in perfect harmony. This year the The Autumn Food & Wine Festival hits the village from Friday, Sept. 8, to Sunday, Sept. 10.
The three day event consists of cooking seminars and demonstrations, culinary competitions, wine tastings, a Farm to Tahoe dinner, live music, a gourmet marketplace, and more.
Seminars for the 2017 event range from intimate tastings to large-scale, gastronomic celebrations in the Village. The grand finale for the Lake Tahoe Autumn Food & Wine Festival is the Grand Tasting, which features food from the finest regional restaurants, prepared by top local caterers and chefs, paired with premium world-class wineries and breweries.
This is an incredible opportunity to sample the culinary and wine making talents of the chef’s and wineries you always wanted to try, including the newest restaurants in the area. Tickets are available for purchase throughout the weekend’s itinerary. A combination of single and multi-day tickets are available, but supplies are limited and sell out every year.
