As most ski resorts have now closed for the season, it’s time to hang up the skis and grab the golf clubs. Despite a recent late-season snowstorm blanketing parts of the Sierra, the transition to spring is well underway—and for golf enthusiasts, that means one thing: tee time.
Many of the area’s premier golf courses are scheduled to open over the next few weekends in May, signaling the unofficial start of the golf season in the mountains. Please keep in mind that opening dates may vary based on weather conditions.
